Kerry, the owner of Picasso has hand selected a team of highly trained Stylists, Nail Artists, Esthetician/Laser Technician and Medical Doctor for injectables. Our staff is committed to enhancing beauty and creating an enviroment you will love! We keep up on the latest trends, techniques and technology to offer the best available hair, nail and skin enhancements. We have been at our Lake Oswego location since 1996 and we're still growing. Because we have so many pleased and ecstatic clients, they have referred their family, friends and co-workers. Some clients travel from as far away as St. Thomas, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, Seattle and Idaho.
